4. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

Once your order is placed:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Dispatch and tracking details will be shared via email/SMS

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

5. Shipping Policy

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is damaged or incorrect

  • Photos of the issue must be emailed to us for approval

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer

If the returned item is in original, unused condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
